The Invitation

The fire within does not need to be forced or fueled by striving.  It needs attention.

You may be in a season of discernment, transition, or quiet questioning.  Spiritual direction offers a place to slow down and tend to what is already present--without pressure to fix, decide or arrive.


This is a space for:

Spiritual Direction is a practice of sacred listening.

Together, we notice where the fire within feels steady, uncertain, dim, or newly ignited.  Through reflection and conversation, we attend to how the sacred is moving within your lived experience.


This is not advice-giving or problem solving.  

It is a companioned practice of listening---allowing insight, clarity, and direction

to emerge in their own time.

Sparking the Soul is rooted in trust. Trust in your experience, the slow work of discernment and the movement of the sacred.
